DODGEBALL 1982

-- STORY --
An alien species makes contact with Earth. You are the first human they make contact with and they challenge you to a game of your choice. Whoever wins owns the planet. With your cunning genius, you chose the game you are the best at: Dodgeball.

-- CONTROLS -- 
Use the arrow keys to move the player and navigate the menu
The action button can either be 'Z', 'X', 'Space', 'Shift', or 'Ctrl'.
You can use any that you are most comfortable with. 

-- INSTRUCTIONS -- 

Use the action button to throw the ball. 
Moving up will throw the ball diagonally upwards.
Moving down will throw the ball diagonally downwards.
Not moving vertically will throw the ball straight forwards. 
When the ball has an eye on it, it is dangerous.
Balls with no eye will immediately attach to you if you touch them and you aren't already holding a ball.
You can knock enemy balls back at them by throwing your ball at the enemy ball. 

-- SCORING SYSTEM --
Hit an enemy with your ball = 100 points + ( 25 points * the amount of times that ball has hit an enemy without being grabbed )
Hit an enemies ball with your ball = 25 points

-- INSPIRATION -- 
This game is inspired off of games from the early 80's. 
Specifically, the games from the ATARI 2600 era. 
Games like Pacman and ET came out for the Atari consoles in the same year this game is set in.
